Jordan Johnson

Jordan Johnson, President- Founder, A Hand Up International Inc.
Jordan was born and raised in Ohio, USA. After graduating high school, Jordan entered the building trades as a carpenter apprentice. Shortly after that, an opportunity arose to join the International Union of Operating Engineers as a Crane Operator and will retire from his career in 2022. One of the guiding scripture of Jordan's life is Proverbs 3:27 "Do not withhold good to those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act." This lead him to be involved in International Missions. In 2012, A Hand Up International was born. Jordan serves on the board as the President since its beginning. His dream is to expand our livelihood projects and the preaching of the gospel to all needy in the world.



Reggie & Charlotte Tudor

Reggie Tudor, Vice President- Founder, A Hand Up International
Reggie is a retired operating engineer out of local 450 Houston, Texas. Reggie and his wife Charlotte live in West Columbia, Texas. Reggie is our office manager in the US and he and Charlotte graciously provide the space and the use of their office equipment for the ministry in their home. Reggie has a heart for lost souls and his desire is to see the gospel preached around the world.


Charlotte Tudor, Treasurer- Founder, A Hand Up International Inc.
Charlotte retired from her job after many years as a radiology technician. Charlotte also works as a bookkeeper and tax preparer. We are blessed to have her as a volunteer and a treasurer. It is also Charlotte's vision and dream to take the gospel to the lost and dying world. She and Reggie have been married for over 50 years, they make a great team.



Precious Joy Dizon

Precious Joy Dizon, Operation Manager - A Hand Up International Inc.
Precious Joy is the middle daughter of Pastor Sandy and Rubelyn. Precious was born and raised in Palawan, Philippines. Precious was born with an Orthopedic Disability due to her mother having Malaria during her pregnancy. Inspite of her disability, Precious Joy graduated from Holy Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She has never let her disability stop her from achieving her dreams. She was trained and certified as Public Speaker in Zig Ziglar's Speakers Institute in Dallas, Texas. Precious uses this training and her life's experiences to be a motivational speaker. She is currently the Operation Manager of A Hand Up International Inc. Her vision is to reach out to the young people who are depressed, encouraged them with hope and an opportunity to earn while studying.



Pastor Sandy B. Dizon & Rubelyn Castillo-Dizon

Pastor Sandy B. Dizon, Board member - A Hand Up International Inc.
Pastor Sandy was raised in an United Methodists Family. At a young age, he felt the calling to serve his church congregation. His service to the church began early, and he began volunteering as a children's Sunday school assistant at the age of 10. By the age of thirteen, he was teaching Sunday school for the younger children. Sandy graduated PATTS College of Aeronautics with a Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Technology in Manila, Philippines year 1989. He completed two years of his missionary course at Great Commission Training Center in Campus Crusade for Christ. He is now a Senior Pastor of Heart of Worship Community Church in Palawan, Philippines. His congregation numbers approximately 200 members, and he leads both a Monday evening mentoring and Wednesday prayer meeting in addition to his weekly Sunday sermons. Outside of his church duties, Sandy is a highly active Co - Chairman of Local Government Council for protection of Children of Barangay Rio tuba, Palawan. He also sits on an Interdenominational Ministers fellowship as Chairman, which seeks to raise understanding within the community with outreach and educational efforts. He also oversees weddings and funerals as needed.


Rubelyn Castillo-Dizon, Project Coordinator - A Hand Up International Inc.
Rubelyn is a Pastor's Wife of twenty-eight years and has three daughters. Rubelyn is from a large family and has nine sisters. Her father was a Miner and her mother was a Teacher. In 1997, Ms. Dizon studied Computer Programming in AMA-CLC Philippines. In 2012 she graduated Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business in Western Philippines University . Currently, a Project Director of A Hand Up International (AHUI) Philippines -the Children and Dog Ministry, F.A.I.T.H Gardening program (Food Always In The Home) and Women Savings group. Admin Head, of the Heart of Worship Community Church Palawan Philippines, Secretary of Rio Tuba Chamber of Commerce and for ten years has operated Wedding Dreams - Palawan. In 1992 Rubelyn and Pastor Sandy started their ministry on the island of Palawan to reach the lost thru teaching moral values formation, health and livelihood education.
